Basically this came in a prebuilt which I use in my pc currently
Intel i7-2600
ECS H61H2-M2
16GB DDR3-1333
GTX 960 2GB
NZXT H510i
Samsung 850 EVO 256GB
WD red Pro 4.0tb 7200rpm

Yes, the PSU is very old and needs replacing ASAP, but i'm currently real tight on budget but want to know if it could last another 3 ish months
I use it like 3 hours a day for work and a bit of gaming
I know this isn't a great estimate but the HDD that replaced the original in around 2014 has 475 days and 10 hours
How long realistically should it last?

it it's JSP-700P12N
Crap quality PSU in it's truest sense. And it is NOT 700W unit as it claims. At best, 450W unit, since that's what +12V rail is capable of. But that too only at 25C operating temp. So, anything higher and PSU output decreases further.

Also, found this ancient topic about this very PSU,

With this, i have to re-evaluate my prediction of:
1 day, if even that.
Where new prediction is:
It blows up as soon as you power it on. And most likely will kill everything it is connected to as well (aka your whole PC).

Currently you have a nice paper weight in shape of ATX PSU. Power it on, and you can easily increase the size of your paperweight, which would take the form of entire PC you have.

Your call if you want to risk it.
I'd junk it ASAP.
