[SOLVED] i have to unplug it everytime !!

Hello guys i'm really confused my psu exploded and i changed to a new one but every time i wanna turn on my pc i have to unplug power cable for 10 seconds and plug it again otherwise it won't display anything or it fails to boot Can someone help me please thanks

Have you tried resetting the CMOS on the motherboard?

Sounds like the "explosion" may have affected the motherboard also.

yes i removed the cmos battery and put it back multiple times

the pc works fine tho the problem is only in booting

psu is a smart power (cheap chinese one) 450 w it says 80 too i don't know for what

Try turning off fast boot in windows power settings
Then in Bios if still not seeing boot menu

it's off from bios menu but i can't see it on windows settings
