Gigabyte GT730 OC Edition is this one good ?

Secondly For what purpose you need GPU ? For gaming ? or other stuff ? If games then which games you are willing to play. I strongly suggest getting 750ti as it is very power efficient and performance budget card which can play almost all games which are out today.

i needed help fast and the 1st thread i posted i didnt get any reply so i posted multiple times i want this card for gaming i want to play gta 5,witcher 3,ac 5,watch dogs and probably all latest games and medium or low settings

750 ti is the only option for you if you want to play GTA5 and other games at normal - mid settings. I have 750 ti and I know you won't get performance like this card in any other below this. Just save more money you won't regret this decision trust me.

bro i don't have a option to save money coz i don't have a job so this budget is given by my father so please suggest me a good one

Its a 1 GB Overclock edition. You will get few more mhz in core clock if you overclock it. But 2 GB version has more video memory. In GTA 5 when you change Texture Quality from Normal to High the memory usage increase from 1 GB to nearly 2 GB. So short version is you need extra video memory so that game won't lag. GTA5 normally uses all 1 GB memory. If you have 2 GB you will have space to tweak settings a little. Get 2 GB version its best.
