I have been using my HyperX Alpha Cloud S and I love this product, it seal noise and have a clear sound perfect for gaming and hearing music.

my only complaint now it's always broken after the warranty over like a month or two. this is my third time buying and it's just broken today again a month after my warranty is expired. what make me irritated is the broken thing is always the same, the left earbud not playing any sound., this make me thing like it's intentional from the company or something...

the headset has never been dropped, I have tried many advice online about this even try to cut and re soldering but to no avail so I'm looking to buy a new headset tomorrow

what I look is
- Based from what I searching HyperX Series often got this Left earbud not working problem I'm looking headset that are not having a hiccup at all or just not often have an issue in a later date just by doing nothing
- the earshield is perfectly shielding around the ear to seal noise just like HyperX, no need fancy active noise cancelling
- sound quality is same or better is prefferable
- I have no interest in Mic or 7.1 thingy so normal headphone with no mic is perfectly fine
- No RGB please...
- for budget I can go up to 200$ I guess as long as it really work for a long period

It could be that you got a batch of headsets that were made off the same assembly line, while they sourced the same faulty part for the left ear piece.

If you don't want a mic on your headset you could just get an analog headset but we'll need to know what sort of a sound card you have at your disposal.

Your location helps us as well in case you're not located in USA since product availability can and will change with regards to region.

yea, maybe I just very unlucky. but three times hurts man... three whole year buying each piece each year...

I'm mainly only use my PC for listening to music, movie to playing a game. I only play story driven game so 7.1 Surround is not really that needed for me. I don't quite understand sound card you mention but my Motherboard is MSI Tomahawk B550

I live on Indonesia, but I don't think I need to worry about availabilty, I'm pretty sure most top brand is already on stock, and ordering from oversea is not hard from here

I have did some research mostly on Youtube and Versus and in the end I eventually goes back to HyperX
especially Alpha S or Revolver S. this is because the sheet on Audio Quality is always better than most devices.
Even compared to 100 rated like Shure Aonic or Bang & Olufsen. I only want the sound quality over design, comfort or wireless after all

but after three times failed product from HyperX I'm kinda afraid... though my last resort is buying Revolver S since it has 2 year warranty instead of one like Alpha S

What do you thought?

You could considering your requirements just get a good pair of audio headphones. Check the design and quality and go for a named brand and you'll find they last for years.

I use wired and bluetooth audio headphones.
