I need to overclock both the gpu and the cpu. So please keep that in mind. Only the k versions of intel can be overclocked.

you can't overclock the i5 and 650 ti boost with that PSU, you'll need to further increase your budget and buy TX-650 PSU from corsair. Try not to go for overclocking.

The budget you gave is really good but the next gen games are based on 4 core< processors. i3 is a dual core. And isn't the 650ti amp good enough? for 10k? BTW MSI's products are not coming really good these days.
