Solution
The i5 9400f is cheaper in my country and the GTX 1660 Super costs a minimum of 300$ every PC Part is High-priced in India . What should i do

Oh God..why are the prices so different in India...I would still move heaven and earth to get the 1660 Super but failing that then the 1660.....the 9400F is more than good enough for gaming...
This would be better in pretty much every way:
Cheaper cpu with twice the threads near identical performance and can be overclocked.
Twice the ram
Much faster and more reliable SSD
Better quality PSU
Gpu faster than the regular 1660 you originally planned. (the 1650 is just a overpriced pos not even worth considering)

This was tough and I went over a little bit by around $48.75. This is a Intel 9400F builkd with a GTX 1660 Super which is great value as it is fractions of the 1660Ti and makes the Ti obsolete. In my opinion the 9400F at this budget just wins on FPS and with the Z390 motherboard you can upgrade in the future all the way to a 9700K...PS I am hoping you have your old case...I am sure others will provide some better suggestions but this should give you options...
