Question I need help replacing my potential bomb of a PSU ?

My new graphics card produces a lot of coil whine, and I suspect my PSU might be the cause. I checked the voltages with HWiNFO, and it shows a reading of ~9/10V on the +12V rail. From what I understand, that’s bad and could potentially damage my components over time. My system consists of a 5700X3D, 32 GB of RAM, and a 7800 XT. The PSU I’m currently using is a Tacens Radix VII AG 700W, which I’ve read has a bad reputation online.

That said, mine has worked fine for 4 years, even surviving several outages. However, with the additional power demand from the 7800 XT, I’m worried it’s not up to the task anymore. I’m looking for a budget-friendly but reliable PSU to replace it. After some research, I found two options that seem popular and affordable: the Corsair CX 750 and the MSI MAG A750BN.

I mainly play Microsoft Flight Simulator, and my sessions can last up to 12 hours, keeping the GPU at nearly 100% usage the entire time. This puts my PC under a lot of stress, so I need something dependable for this kind of workload.

Here are the ones I’m considering:
Do these seem like good choices for my setup? Would they be able to handle my usage scenario?

Thought you were in US since you linked Newegg. That Focus unit if 2018 model had issues with transient spikes with some graphics cards tripping ocp, over current protection shutting down the power supply. If model is later than 2018 and i can't confirm that then the Corsair Rme is the better buy.

This one goes for almost same price as the Seasonic with Black Friday discount.

Yeah the corsair is looking good. Any reason why I shouldn't buy the ones I listed first? The MSI is tier C on https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/, and the CX 750 with the black label can't find much info about. Are they bad? The RM850e is tier A, so probably worth it.

Those you listed would be ok for lower performing parts, but you need something better with your system.
I've been digging around a bit more and came across the Gigabyte UD750GM and Thermaltake Smart BM3. The Gigabyte looks good, but it's past worries me (the last model was famous for exploding lol). The Thermaltake doesn't show up on the tier list (the BM2 does at C tier), it's ATX 3.0 compliant so I guess it should be reliable? Has japanese capacitors (Nichicon) too and the efficiency I don't care much about (bronze), it's semimodular so that's good (never understood the point of having 24 ping and CPU 8 pin to be modular). The Gigabyte also says it's ATX3.0 compliant, but it seems to good to be true, gold rating, fully modular, japanese capacitors, ATX3.0... all for the same price of the Thermaltake?
The Gigabyte has reviews and says it's ok, the Thermaltake has a review linked in the PSU Tier List and says it's ok too: https://elchapuzasinformatico.com/2023/12/thermaltake-smart-bm3-750w-review/

Thermaltake ok for mid to low tier system, not good transient response. Would not pick it for your system.

Gigabyte ~ so so, it's alright. Would choose better imo, a quality unit would last longer and more stable power for performance parts. In short, shouldn't skimp on quality to save 50$, this is about 7+ yr investment.
True, I'll get the RM750e if possible and keep the UD750GM as a second option. Thanks for the help!
