I need help with Instagram payment! URGENT! Help please!

Hello, I urgently need help with this: I just published my book (hurray!) and I'm trying to promote a publication on Instagram. In the past I had a technical issue and couldn't pay a promotion, so it says I have a debt. When I try to pay, it just won't accept my card number. I've tried 3 different cards, from different people, it won't accept any. I really need to promote my book and I have no f idea what's going on. I've tried to contact instagram support but, oh surprise, they don't answer. My only idea left is to report my own account to get their attention, but I don't want' it to be canceled or anything. Please, help!

You will just have to keep contacting instagram support, there is nothing we can do here.
Flagging your account could work, or backfire severely as it would probably be an automated system that would lock the account.

Yes, that's the problem. And I've tried contacting the support but there is no working method, everything is automatic. I'm posting only hoping anyone had an issue and nows another way to contact them. I mentioned instagram in twitter too, no answer...
