please if someone could help with getting most out of my pc

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

By underperforming is this issue seen only on the Valorant? If not, what other titles have you taxed the system with? Which BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? What OS version are you on?

Antec is the brand, 750W is the wattage, while 80 plus Gold is it's efficiency rating. It tells us nothing of it's model. Please include the age of the unit as well.

All the components you listed seem very good.

Are the people that are getting higher frame rates running the same cpu?
Storage devices? Some nvme drives are slower than others, same for hard disk drives. ie: read and write speeds may be lower

Another thing could be you are running other programs at the same time, recording your game session could slow it down, other people in your house using the internet at the same time could be affecting your internet bandwidth.

Last but not least, the people that are getting better frame rates may simply have a better internet connection. That's very difficult to determine though because there are so many ISP's and your geographic location comes into play also. Perhaps you could compare your ping times and latency to the game server with your friends, to determine if that may be a factor.

All in all I think any frame rate above 60 is hailed to be very good.

Are you sure that's not the explanation right there - ram at 3600 MHz vs 3200? Ryzen likes fast ram.
