[SOLVED] I need help with poor performance, Gpu is beeing used 2% most of the time

i get like 20fps max in games since my gpu is beeing used like 1-4%.
This happend out of nowhere i had no problems with my pc before.


My specs are:
-rtx 2070s GPU
-amd ryzen 5 3600 CPU
-16gb dual 3000Mhz RAM
-msi b450 a pro max
-pure power 11 500W atx2.4- be quiet

like 5 - 10% cpu usage
40 - 50% memory
0% ssd usage

my psu is the pure power 11 500W atx2.4- be quiet

Did u update to latest drivers? my build started crashing, rebooting and frames in furmark were terrible. Downgraded to july drivers.
