Question I only get 2166 Mhz

About 5 months ago I upgraded my pair of 2x4gb 2166 ram modules to a pair of 2x8 Trident Z 3000 Mhz modules, but an hour ago I noticed through UserBenchmark that it was on 2166 Mhz, I tried changing it on BIOS but my computer stopped working. I fixed this but my ram is still on 2166 Mhz. Tried xmp and that happened, tried just seting 2933 on BIOS. As I have a first generation Ryzen I really want to get those 3000 Mhz but I don't want to overclock. How can I get to those frequencies?

Which slots is the memory in?

BIOS up to date?

Looks like it is on Slots 4 and 2, although I'm not sure aboute the BIOS

From the manual it looks like either slots 1/3 or 2/4 will work for XMP. It may require a BIOS update but if you do make sure you do them in order as skipping ahead could brick your motherboard.
