Question I pulled out the power cable (mid pull) i turned it off and the mobo made a quick flash

Im wondering if i broke the mobo. Please help me. Motherboard is gigabyte auros elite ax v2.
I live in the UK. Reply if you need more details

1) I was building my pc (without the case) and was just putting in the cpu, cpu cooler, and ram. i wanted try boot it up so i plugged in the cpu power cable and the motherboard cable. i tryed to turn it on and it didnt. so i decided ill try turn it on after i get the case.

top left? are you talking about a light or an electrical flash? and when you say 'I pulled out the power cable (mid pull) i turned it off' do you mean the 24 pin connector on the mobo, the cpu power or the power supply power plug?

as in the lead that plugs in to the power supply, not the one that plugs into the mobo, if that's the case you should be fine (not guaranteed but likely), the light probably only came on because the mobo got power for a bit
