So the title basically describes it I have a new pc with windows 8. Finally got the display language set over to english but when i restart the computer it will display spanish language until it opens back up into windows like when i do updates and stuff. Its like by default some how this computer still thinks spanish. I want to get rid of the spanish for good. How do i do so? Its got to be a windows settings somewhere or bios.

Did you get an icon in the right corner that lets you select language? If so- delete the Spanish one and see if it helps. Also I am sure you can uninstall language pack. Just go over the settings for language and see what options it has.

The BIOS probably has a language setting.

+1. Likely a good catch!
