I turn my iPhone down to the last volume bar and people can still hear what I'm listening to on my beats wireless

Surely your headphones have their own volume control also? Why yes it does. http://reviews.cnet.com/headsets/beats-by-dre-wireless/4505-13831_7-35239895.html. So if you have your Beats Wireless headphones at minimum sound AND your iPhone at minimum sound it's still too loud?
