I unplugged a cable out of my motherboard while it was on

Hey guys,
I basically was trying to find out why my bios couldn't sense one of my hard drives, when I accidentally unplugged it's cable then my whole pc suddenly when off, no display, no PSU fan running, no nothing.
Does this mean my motherboard is dead? If so is there a way to reverse(somehow put back the electric charges in the motherboard) the changes of my motherboard?

could be the psu died. could be the motheboard too

I'm not sure which cable I accidentally plugged out but the PSU still works(I tested it)
