How much is your budget in pounds, if you dont mind me asking? What you've got up there already seems pretty good. Ram should be put up to 3000mhz at least. For a cheaper ssd, i would say take the crucial mx500

Motherboard = gigabyte b450
Case ( what you called cabinet) = cit g force
Ram = corsair vengeance lpx 16gb (2×8)
Ssd= crucial mx500 250gb

You forgot to mention cpu cooler. Id advise you not to take a stock cooler, like the wraith, as it was made for the ryzen 3 gen cards. The 212 evo is not bad.

The case comes with stock fans, so you dont need to buy any fans.

The b350 would require BIOS, and the b450 is just better. Both gigabyte and tomahawk have good b450's. I take it you have a keyboard, or do you need one? If yes, You will have to think about that budget wise.
