How do you define "high performance". You need some measureable quantitative values to verify that the laptop's performance is as expected/required.

How will the laptop be used? What software will be run on the laptop?

What is the working environment? Travel?

For the most part, 8 GB RAM is likely too little for many current apps.

And 512 GB SSD may prove inadequate over a very short amount of time.

What is your budget? What sources are available for you to purchase the laptop from?

Consider that you may need repairs and maintenance. Is that readily available?
