I have an HP Z240 SFF workstation
Processor : Xeon E3-1240v5
Graphics Card: Quadro k1200 (mini)

I want to change to an RTX graphics card but don't know which one will be compatible.

No RTX graphics card will fit into SFF (small form factor) case.
You'll have to change pc case for this.

Probably a new PSU will be necessary too.

What is your budget for upgrades?

As mentioned, you won't fit an RTX in a SFF case and the power supply likely won't support one either.

If you wanted a full-size GPU, you would have to get an external GPU or upgrade to a full size case, which would likely require a new motherboard (which I honestly don't think is worth it considering the lack of good motherboards for your current CPU).
