I've been watching many videos of different ways on how to portforward my internet, but I haven't had any luck with it:

Here's what I've tried:
My modem is a Huawei HG8245H5
I've tried adding my IPV4 and putting the internal and external port to: 25565
on the port forward menu, but I haven't been able to connect to it

I found some software called "Port Forward Network Utilities"
Here's a link to their site: → "https://portforward.com/"

A screenshot of what the thing looks like

Which has an option to help config my modem, but it asks for my login information, is this a reliable page/software/option to use?
I'm asking this since it has the "PFConfig" option, and that seems to good to be true in my case

Does anyone have some tips for me on how to manage to create a private server/port forward corretly so I can setup a server for my friends and me?

Solution
Port forwarding is pretty easy when you want to do only 1 port. You should not ever need to use software to do this. You likely have a different issue if it is does not work the rule itself is simplistic.

You could try using the DMZ function of your router instead of port forwarding to start and then do port forwarding later when you get it to work. This sometimes helps when the port number might be wrong or something.

Many times it is not the router. The other common causes is the server is not actually active on the port and so the port looks closed because nothing responded to the scans. The other common issue is you do not have a public IP address. You need to find the IP that is being assigned to your WAN port...
To be honest I won't recommend such softwares for port forwarding because as per my experience they are just scam. I would recommend you to use a good VPN service for port forwarding feature (Personal Experience).

The other common issue is you do not have a public IP address. You need to find the IP that is being assigned to your WAN port in your router. Most routers have some screen that shows this. You can look the IP up to see if it is public or private but the simple way to set is to see if that IP is the same as the one a site like whatsmyip displays. If they are different you do not have a public up and port forwarding will never work.
