Hi all, I am looking to build a budget gaming pc. Should i go with H410 Mother board (or) Not. I wanted to understand why H410 was not suggested in many forums, I am going to use only one PCIe slot that's for Graphics card so that might not be a deal breaker for me.

My requirements - 1080p 60 FPS (I am not going to perform any overclocking )

Refer the price details of the various combinations below (In my country - India - Price as per today)

i310100 (100$) + MSI H410M Pro VH (75$)

i310100 (100$) + MSI B460M MORTAR (125$)

Ryzen3 3100 - Out of stock

Ryzen3 3300X (200$) + MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (150$)

Ryzen3 3300X (200$) + ASUS PRIME-B450M-K (98$) - Also BIOS update is another issue which needs to be dealt with

Note - I already have a 650W Seasonic Power supply, MSI RX 570 8 GB, Cabinet, 512 GB SSD & 1 TB HDD.

Hi, I already have an RX 570 8 GB MSI

GTA 5, Just cause, NFS and Fifa
If you have dedicated GPU already, go for i3 10100F (One with -F suffix) it's the same as 10100 but without integrated graphic. So you don't waste that integrated graphic while you're using your RX 570. And you got the CPU cheaper, (choose one without integrated graphic too on AMD). This i3 is a decent one for gaming. If your RX can't achieve 60fps on 1080p, you can always lower the graphic setting, disable the anti-aliasing (I like this one, personally because I don't like blurry view) and so on.

One more thing, whether it's Intel or AMD on equivalent benchmark, always go for the cheaper one, both CPU + Motherboard. Different countries, different prices...
A bit hard to conclude whether you can achieve 1080p 60fps if it's just the motherboard and processor. What graphic card would you use?

Also, what kind of games you want to play? At last we can give you some advice based on your overall plan.
