[SOLVED] i3 2120 Stress Test and TDP not reaching max

Dears,
I got Core i3 2120 3.3GHZ CPU
When I start a stress test the TDP is not reaching even 70% its value.
How can I know if power supply not providing it with the necessary power.

That's not how power/electricity works. Max CPU TDP should never be a goal that you 'want' to obtain.

Other than this pic, do you have any reason to believe that your system has an issue?

I believe that my PSU is not delivering good power to my system.
No blue screens or freezes, and no crashes till now.
I did the stress test to check if CPU will reach its max TDP but it didn't.
Whats your opinion about that.

TDP wont reach max unless you running onboard graphics and overclocking. bluescreens and crashes are not only hardware based.

If you are concerned about your powersupply you should mention what hardware you are using.
