Its 300 watts So yeah the cards I mentioned are the only ones I would recommend. So RX560, GTX1050 or GTX1050ti

You might also want to look for a used CPU such as the i5-4570 which on the used market should be between 30-50 USD. If you do buy a new CPU then I would suggest instead of re using the Intel stock one and buying new thermal paste, buy yourself the cheap https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-Alpine-12-Recommended-Pre-Applied/dp/B07HJ3DNX2 CPU Cooler.

These two upgrades would give you quite a little buff in system performance. its not very hard to replace a CPU either, especially the stock Intel ones. The new cooler would install...

The new cooler would install the same way it comes off except in reverse. And putting a new CPU in the socket is easy, you just match the triangle in the corner of the CPU with the triangle that's on the motherboard socket.

The video card depends on if your gaming or not and what monitor resolution. Memory get either a 2X4GB set or 2X8GB set of DDR3 1600. (2X8GB set for gaming)

Would also need to know the case and power supply for a video card since it must fit in the case and have a proper power supply to power it.
