I cleaned the computer case and heatsink etc, but when I start the computer the CPU goes to 105 celcius and 83 celcius at 8% load, any idea why is it?

Why? You seem to have a problem with the CPU cooler.
Does it shut down shortly after reaching 105C?

No, it doesn't shut down, it keep on running. I guess it might be my Thermal paste, I haven't replace it in 2 years.

More likely, you knocked the HSF loose.

What are you using to check temps? Maybe it's wrong?

The CPU fan is spinning and Im using RealTemp. I wonder if its the Thermal paste's problem?

Try cpu id hw monitor (google it)

I never replace thermal paste unless I remove the heatsink for some reason, which is never. It doesn't go bad, but if you broke the adhesion between the cpu and heatsink by pulling on it or whatever, it's going to need re-doing.

I removed my heatsink to clean it for 3 times and I don't replace the thermal paste, should I replace it?

Yes, whenever your remove your heatsink you should always clean the heatsink+cpu with 90% alcohol and apply new thermal paste.

Ummm....yeah, if you break the seal you need to reapply thermal paste. One would think that's common sense but apparently not. How could it remove heat from your cpu if there is no adhesion seal??
