I3 cpu is reported as i5

Hi,

My i3 3220 cpu is reported as i5 3550 by various cpuid programs. Windows seems to recognize it correctly and computer works ok. However its curious how multiple programs report it incorrectly. May this be normal? Please check the screen below.

That is weird. It reports it correctly as 2 cores 4 threads. I dunno whats up with that lol.

That's idle voltage.

As far as why it's reporting wrong, I have no idea, but like nekulturny said, at least it's reporting the cores correctly.

Actually, since the 3220 was just released, programs might not be able to detect it correctly.
