Question Fatal Hardware Error: Random Restarts only in certain games

Hello. I have been having issues with my PC restarting at random periods of time depending on what games I am playing. It is very bizarre as with certain games such as Space Marines 2, Stalker 2, Diablo 4, there is no problem I can play as much as I'd like. But certain games like Dragons Dogma 2, Elden Ring, and even silly games like total tank simulator will just randomly reboot my PC. Attached I added the log I get each time, the only thing changing is the Processor APIC ID.

So far I swapped to a new CPU, MOBO, and PSU. No luck as the problem persists. I have monitored the temps for both the CPU and GPU and they are all within acceptable range. I have a friend saying that the new CPU I have (ryzen 5700x3d) may be defective. My other components are a Radeon Xt 6700, and teamgroup ddr4 ram 32gb. Everything is currently running at default settings with no OC/XMP.

Have so far tried to update MOBO bios, update chipset drivers, go back to a prior version of the gpu drivers, as well as uninstalling Ryzen master all together.
I have looked online to find multiple people with similar issues to mine, all having had different solutions to fix it, the ones I tried were to no avail.

When the PC reboots the screen turns green and then restarts, no error code, no blue screen. Flat restart.
