(my cousin will give his extra 1 corsair vengeance lpx 8gb 2666mhz) so i will have total of 16gb 2666mhz.

The Ryzen 3600 is slightly ahead in some games and it's the opposite in other games. They are really close to each other.

The Ryzen system gives you the opportunity of upgrading to a Ryzen 5000 series CPU later with a BIOS update.

No Idea about autocad. Personally I would choose the Ryzen one but I would change the board and the RAM to what I posted.
