Another vote for 5600X (or 5800X if wanting a tad of 'cpu thread overkill)

(And now again I note why I am still quite content with my 4 year old 7700K...!)

Personally I'd go for the 11400F. A very capable CPU if you lift the power limits and way, way cheaper than the 5600X. Assuming normal prices the 11400F is half of the 5600X and performs approximately 10% worse after lifting power limits (with the AMD chip overclocked using PBO).
