i5 4670k w/ Corsair H80i or i7 4770k?

Hello,
As the title suggests, I am considering either buying a Intel i5 4670k with a closed loop water cooler, and overclocking, or buying an Intel 4770k with the stock Intel fan. Bearing in mind that, if I buy the 4770k, I could always upgrade to a water cooler later but if I buy the i5, I can't really buy another CPU, what's my best bet?

My pick is the i7 4770K - Faster and I also like the 8 MB Cache (as opposed to 6 MB on the i5)

4770k only if "productivity" means Adobe or other CPU-intensive multithreaded programs. If it means Word and email stay with the 4670k.

BTW: I wouldn't overclock a PC used for work.

Surely the i7 4770k is better at gaming than the i5 4670k? Also, overclocking isn't a problem, I shouldn't be pushing it too hard.

It's pretty much the same for gaming. It's worth the extra cash only if you encode videos a lot or run software that can take advantage of hyperthreading (the 4770k has it, the 4670k doesn't).

depending on productivity, the i7-4770k (might wanna go with the 4770 instead as is have 1 extension you might find handy that the K series dont).
Other than hyper-threading you also have a bigger cache.
If it's smaller productivity the 4670k is the way to go.
