Question i5-4690k and rtx 2060 bottlenecking?

So, Im buying a new gpu replacing my gtx 1060 and i was thinking about rtx 2060. My question is that will my processor bottleneck if buying zotac rtx 2060 amp. (I dont know a lot about these things and any help is needed)

Pc specs.
(1*8gb) vengeance ram
i5-4690k
Evga 1060 3gb
Some asrock motherboard cant remember
550w corsair bronze

I think you will be fine. There is always some degree of bottleneck between components. The question is does it matter, is it noticeable. I think in your case it won't be a problem that will effect game play. Your resolution will be the same I'm guessing. So you will gain some FPS advantage up to what your CPU can provide. That means your game play should be better and definitely no worse.

At some point you'll need to upgrade your CPU. It's a close call, but I think you're probably right to go GPU. You're definitely not wrong. Your 8gb of RAM might be an upgrade consideration before CPU in my opinion.

[4th gen i7 and 1070 - no problems at 3440x1440]

No it will bottleneck i have ryzen 2400g this cpu=i7 4790 and i am getting bottleneck with gtx 1660 ti like 20% bottleneck ,If you plan to upgrade cpu later go with the rtx 2060.
