So I recently enabled turbo boost in the bios and my cpu was hitting 4.9Ghz and it was running at 1.475v. So I set the clock to 5Ghz and I booted into the bios straight away to see my i7 9700k running at 5Ghz with a 1.475v again and 40degrees at idle. Is this ok or should I leave it on auto at 4.9Ghz and maybe even lower the voltage myself? 1.475v seems a little high?

+This is now solved, I managed to get it to 5Ghz using only 1.36v

Lmao, atleast I didn't run anything with that voltage, I think my pc would turn into a house heater in this weather. I final came to the conclusion that my pc can run 5Ghz - 5.2Ghz at 1.36 - 1.38V, maybe I could go higher with my liquid cooler but I think I will stop there before I fry it.
