Question i7 9700k overclocking help

Hello, I recently overclocked my i7 9700k to 5GHZ in cinebench r23 when I do the single core performance test it stays on 5GHZ all the time but if I do the multi core test it stays around 4700-5000 MHZ. is this stable? also the when cpu is idling it also stays on 5000mhz

What are you using to overclock? What do you have your voltage set at. In at 4.8 on same chip with 85mV undervolt and currently stable. Sometimes mine shows 4.5-4.6 though and not sure why.

I am also power limit throttling and don’t know what to do to fix it but that drops me to 4.2.

I overclocked it from bios my voltage 1.375
