I do not think that a I9-9700K processor exists.
Is it a I7-9700K,
or a I9-9900K?

Regardless, I suspect that you are throttling and slowing down.
Either can run very hot.

Run Hwmonitor or such and look at the maximum temperature after experiencing a problem.
If you see 100c. it suggests that your processor has throttled and reduced the multiplier to protect itself.
A lower multiplier makes it easier to experience higher cpu utilizations.

If your H100I has any age to it, it would be the prime suspect.
AIO coolers do not last forever.
In time air intrudes and they must be replaced.
Also, the pump may be failing or clogged with debris.

Sorry you are right its a I7 9700k And I watched my cpu temps does'nt go over 57c

Did your system/game crash at this time? We need the full log up until it crashes.
I'm seeing some power limits being reached (CPU and GPU). What is your exact make and model of PSU?
Its a corasir cv550 Do you think its stutterting becasue the power is being limited? Beacuse I can see the CPU getting too 100% and Thought it was more of a cpu problem
