[SOLVED] i7 9700KF throttling at normal temps?

I just recently build a new system with an i7 9700kf and an Asus rog strix z390-f mobo. But I'm having issues with the cpu throttling down to 4.2 GHz on all cores after 15 seconds or so of running Cinebench r20 (which results in a score of around 3200 compared to 3600 that others get with similar setup). The temps in the first seconds, while the cpu runs at 4.6 GHz (as it should), are fine at 61 degrees, and then when it throttles it goes down to around 45 degrees. Can anyone explain to me why this happens and if it's normal, and if not what should I do and how can I fix it? Hope somebody can help 😛

So after some more research, I found out what caused it (or what can fix it at least), Asus multicore enhancement in bios was set...
Well, Intel CPUs do have a boost duration, so they will turbo to high all-core speed for a while then slow down.

I would suggest you check your bios for any power limits
I've checked for power limit options in bios, and there are some... but I can't change any of them, I would guess that it is because I haven't overclocked the cpu, but I'm not sure :/

So after some more research, I found out what caused it (or what can fix it at least), Asus multicore enhancement in bios was set to auto, when I enabled it the cpu stayed at 4,68, which is actually higher than before, but I did see an increase in temps as well tho to about 78 degrees. I think that I am gonna keep it on auto because of the higher temps, but It's nice to know what is causing it anyways :)
