Best thing to use for IBMs (most models) is to install the ThinkVantage System Update tool from Lenovo/IBM. XP will need the 3.14 version. If the model is pretty old it may not work, I have had issues at times using it on models older than T41. That utility will connect to Lenovo, grab whatever drivers it needs for the laptop and install them for you.

Here's one for you... ALL drivers for that computer are in a zip file I posted at 4Shared.com.

The link to get the 45MB driver zip file is HERE

These drivers are from 2009 so I don't guarantee they are the latest, but they are complete.
I advise extracting the zip file into a new folder and burn a CD with the drivers. In device manager, have the computer search CD drives for the driver you need since windows will look everywhere in a CD for a driver instead of you directing it to the exact location it is in.
