TCP takes more cpu processing so cpu load will causes these small variations and it tends to be slightly higher on average.

Neither of these indicate any problems at all. None will cause any kind of issue with a game. Most times it would have to be well over 100ms of variation for you to even detect it.

Solution
You can really tell nothing when the variations are that small. It is impossible to isolate all the variables that can cause small variations. There is no way to say if any of this is real or if it is just noise in the data on the testing tools.
These both show no issues with the connection.
