Idle Temps Too high for custom loop

Hi all i have a custom loop here are the specs:
Case: NZXT h440
Radiators: 360mm and 280mm xspc rads
Blocks: Gtx 780 razor bloack from xspc and a raystorm cpu block
Fans: x3 120mm scythe gentle typhoon x2 noctua 140mm pressure fans

my problem is that my gpu idles at 45C and my cpu idles at 44C. My graphics card is overclocked and overvolted but this is rediculous. My tubing is all correct i have no kinks and it is looped properly. i thought id ask here to see if anyone knew what i should do.

What are your temps under load?
Those idle temps are indeed high, but it doesn't matter as long as your temps under load are good.

What's the temperature in your room? load temps? At what speed level is your pump? What pump do you have? What rpm are your fans running at?

I'd check first with Ambient room temp. You're never going to cool your components to about 10 degrees above room temp. Do you have the TIM applied correctly?
