Question Idle/workload Temps of Ryzen 7 9700x

Hey so I just switched over from my old 9th gen intel to the Ryzen 7 9700x on a Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX and I've read multiple times that AMD runs hotter then intel but I just wanted to double check if these are ok. At idle Ryzen master says its sitting at 45 degrees C which I think in HWINFO thats the CPU Die Average and the cores sit in the low 30's/high 20's. I am using a Noctua NHD-15 with the offset mount for AM5 the 3 images are when idle, one is while downloading and 1 is with cinnebench r23 multi core test is running.

any help with this would be great because I was thinking of undervolting/and increasing the PPT but I am worried about the temps

Edit- I also want to mention and check if this is normal but the CPU feels a lot more spikey then intel for example when i own chrome the PPT cores and temps all spike for a second then go back to normal, same with pretty much doing any task i think this might be normal but wanted to double check

Those temps look fine to me, for the cooler you've mounted onto the processor.

okay because my last cpu sat in the mid 20's for the cores themselves not reall sure what this die thing is or any of the other sensors
