I am using the acer xf 250q 240hz monitor and i have a 60hz monitor power cable if i use the 60hz monitor power cable for my 240hz monitor will it decrees my hz will it still show 240hz?

no. the monitor may be able to process 240hz refresh however since the cable will be limited to a maximum capacity of sending through 60hz at once the monitor will cap at 60hz as that will be the max it be will receiving from the cable.

OP, you're conflating power frequency with monitor refresh rate. They are two completely separate things and have no bearing on one another.

No, the power cable will not lower your refresh rate. The 60Hz. frequency from your wall outlet is totally different and unrelated, from your monitors refresh rate.
