There is no viruses and I tried troubleshooting the computer but there is still no sign of internet

Try updating you drivers for you wifi adapter or gigabit ethernet adapter. Whether you're using wifi or ethernet.

If all was fine and not not, reset the modem, boot the computer, if still nothing check with your internet provider to see if they are down
