I'm a newb to monitors.. what is a good 21inch 1080p monitor?

Using it for gaming.

I liked the look of the Dell U2311H, but sadly that is 23 inches.
I need it as small as i can as i only sit just over 2 feet from my screen, and i like smaller monitors anyway.

You're not likely to find anything "good" at 1080p under 23". You'd likely be lucky to find any still in stock.

So I'd recommend simply going to a local dealer and ask for your specs. Anything from Dell, Asus, or Samsung should be good enough.
