Question Im building a Ryzen system and wondering if this RAM will work?

This is my build:

Ryzen 5 2600
MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

This Corsair memory Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 is in the motherboard's QVL. However, its only 3000mhz and I found the 3200mhz version CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 which is not on the QVL. Will it still work just fine?
