In terms of cooling the ML360r is one of the best 360mm AIO's out there, however stock it's not as quiet at the H150i. Either are very good to be honest, they are quite similar. Here is a comparison.

I would change the ram to a 2x16gb kit, for 32gb. The price of that 970 evo is nearly the price of a 2tb Intel 660p. Don't get me wrong, the 970 evo is a great drive, and quite fast, but games won't take advantage of that speed.

I don't think you'll need a 1000watt PSU. You could probably drop down to a 750 or 850watt HX/AX Corsair.
Your 4TB drive is only 5400RPM. Maybe consider upping that to a 7200 RPM drive.

I would suggest to down for psu, i have a intel 9700k and a rtx2060 with 500 gb m.2 nvme, 1 2.5 inch ssd, and 1 3.5 inch hdd as well as 7 fans, fan controller, and with my hx750i i only peak at 300 watts my daily runnings is only about 100 watts if im lucky

i used calculator power supply and i got 650w and 750w i want to get 1000w to be fine and everything work fine sorry my english is bad😅

i just did my calculation on seasonic website and i got a rating of 586 watts but i know i have never peaked that. max i have done is like 350 watts. heck people told me to not buy a higher psu and i did to be in the best efficiency not realizing that i barely draw 100 watts for out of game usage. sure if i over clock more it will draw much more. then i would recommend a 1000w
