I have a Seasonic 700W Fanless PSU and the goal is to power two NVidia RTX 4000 ADA (130W each). I am using the CableMod RT-Series Pro ModMesh 12VHPWR Dual Cable Kit for ASUS/Seasonic cables kit.
I am really lost and don't understand how to connect these two GPUs
This is my PSU
This is my GPU connector (I have two of these)
This is the 3 x PCIe to 12VHPWR connector. This one is confusing me the most, why does it need 3 x PCIe connectors? This is from CableMod
This is the 12VHPWR to 12VHPWR connector, what does this serve for? This is from CableMod
And these are some adapters which have been included with the GPUs. These are from NVidia

So, how do I connect the two GPUs to the PSU? Do I need to order additional cables?
Please help

To answer my own question it seems I need an additional 3 x PCIe to 12VHPWR connector and probably I can connect only 2 x PCIe to the PSU for each card as these cards are using only 130 W each, probably even 1 x PCIe is enough. I speculate that you need 3 x PCIe for the new 5090 which are using 570 W.
If someone knowledgeable sees this as wrong please let me know.

Thank You

Make sure your cablemod cables are compatible with your specific PSU model.
If compatibility with your specific PSU model is not listed, then assume they are not compatible.

Using incompatible cables can be damage/kill your cards.

It's suggested to use original cables, that came with your PSU.

The CableMod kit specifically mentions "for ASUS/Seasonic" and I used one GPU so far successfully, I had recently bought a second GPU so now I have these questions.

Did Cablemod list your specific Seasonic PSU model name as compatible?
Generally modular cables are not guarantied to be compatible even between same manufacturer different PSU models.

Your PSU should come with 4 PCIE 8pin (6+2pin) cables.
Use those + PCIE 8pin to 12VHPWR adapter (last photo in your initial post).

Answer from CableMod support: Yes, the RT-Series (PRTS) kit you mentioned is indeed compatible with the Seasonic® PRIME FANLESS TX-700.

Can someone please clarify the answer to the questions:

1. Why there are 3 PCIe connectors to 1 x 12VHPWR? Can I connect only 2 x PCIe to the PSU? Can I connect only 1?
2. Can someone confirm that I need to order a new 3 PCIe connectors to 1 x 12VHPWR to connect the second GPU?

1. Why there are 3 PCIe connectors to 1 x 12VHPWR? Can I connect only 2 x PCIe to the PSU? Can I connect only 1?
There are different cards with different power requirements.
RTX 5090 for example would require four PCIE 8pin to 12VHPWR adapter.
Your card is fine with single PCIE 8pin to 12VHPWR adapter (since lower power requirements).
2. Can someone confirm that I need to order a new 3 PCIe connectors to 1 x 12VHPWR to connect the second GPU?
You need to find the original modular cables for your PSU.
Those would provide you with additional PCIE 8pin (6+2pin) connectors.
Combining those with your existing PCIE 8pin to 12HPWR adapter would allow powering up your card.
