What's your goals? Right off the bat, gpu, probably psu as well. You won't get anywhere on a GT730. After that, core components. That means cpu/mobo/ram. After that, ssd. The rest is workable. But that'll depend on budget and goals.

Best affordable budget maybe around 200-300, games that I can play that are up to date to 2019 example like monster hunter or anything related.

This is ONLY if your current psu is a decent 450/500 or more. Otherwise, drop the 570 and swap the cpu for a 2200g. The 2200gs integrated gpu is better than the 730.

Reuse the rest of your system.
