MAYBE THE NOISE LOOKS HIGH IN THE AUDIO BUT IT'S NOT THAT HIGH AT REAL!

you can hear these noises just if you already knew noise exists, I hear this electrical noise just if focus on it, or if I make my ear closer to the PSU. I've already contacted my PSU support team and their answer As follows.

My PSU from XILENCE COMPANY! I want to know if that is normal.

No the sound you are hearing is bad and I would remove it from the system before further error happens the sounds is most likely a short
