Question I'm looking for suggestions for a new mouse.

Okay so I originally bought a cheap logitech mouse and keyboard set from Walmart and was satisfied with that. But after a year I've become interested in fps games and doing a lot more online work. With that in mind I've decided to get myself a mouse with side buttons and hold off on a new keyboard until its necessary. So I'm here to ask for suggestions and advice on what to get. I have a budget of about $40 which I hope is enough to get something decent, although something tells me it's not enough.
