This is my first AMD GPU, coming from a 3060 TI and would like some tips on maximizing it's performance without overclocking.

Specs
Mobo: X570 Aorus Master
CPU: Ryzen 5950X
GPU: Sapphire Pulse 7900 XT
Noctua D15
Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600
980 Pro M.2 1TB
Evga 850 G2
Storm Sniper
Win 10 Home
Alienware 34" Ultrawide AW3418DW (3440x1440 120Hz)

The MB is still stock, no OC, I know nothing on how the AMD GPU software works so all input appreciated. Feel free to ask away, thanks.

What BIOS version are you on?

CPU: Ryzen 5950X
How are you cooling the processor? You ca use Curve Optimizer found in Ryzen

Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600
As for your ram kit, got a link to the one you're working with? You could try and tighten the ram timings but that in itself is still an overclock besides the overclocking profile baked on the ram kit.
^that's for the CPU side of things, to gain a small uplift in performance from your platform.

Undervolting while upping your clocks would also be a good idea for your GPU. Got a link to the GPU you're wroking with?

You're on BIOS version F32, you have BIOS versions pending update;
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X570-AORUS-MASTER-rev-11-12/support#support-dl-bios
Flash to F39d. Clear the CMOS after you've verified your BIOS was successfully flashed to the latest version.

4 sticks of ram, that does add stress to the integrated memory controller, if you had a 2x16GB kit, that'd probably net you a little more out of your platform. You could try 16-18-18-38 and maybe see if that holds without any voltage tweaks but I'd be opting for a tighter timing 2x ram kit.
