I'm not sure which I uninstalled by need help re-installing Video Driver or Graphics Driver

I accidently uninstalled either Video or Graphics when I did Control Panel --> Display --> Screen Resolution --> Advanced Settings --> Adapter Type: ATI Radeon 3000 and I uninstalled on accident. How can I recover or re-install it back? I've tried going AMD but I can't find it. Maybe because I don't know the type (Desktop Graphics). I re-checked where I uninstalled it and it said VGA. Can anyone help me please?

NVM, I just went to system ---> Advanced System Settings ---> and then I set it to update my latest drivers automaticall. sigh I'm such an idiot
