Im want to build an Intel based pc but I only have 300-400 dollars to spend the parts I picked out are

I picked the pentium g3258 bcuz I heard it was over clock able and bcuz it's a LGA 1150 and I'm planning on upgrading to an i5 later on and for now I'll start with a stock cpu cooler and 4gbs of ram I'll upgrade to 8maybe 16 later on and get a water cooler later on too please check it out and give me all the feed back thank. Drop the B85 mobo and get a H97 just because that pentium is haswell refresh.

Solution


There are great differences :
1. i3 4150 doesnt need overclocking to do its job but G3258 has to Hence , no need of expensive aftermarket coolers .
i3 4150 is 25% faster at stock clocks.
2.Some games reportedly dont run on 2 core CPUs like G3258
