Question Im really confused about SATA cables for my SSD

So, i want to buy Kingston UV500 240 GB, but, i dont have a sata cable to connect it, now, the speed read/write speed of this ssd is 520/500 or vice-versa, but every SATA cable i want to buy online, has like max 100mb/s, so i dont know, will that decrease the speed of my ssd, or something like that, and should i go on and buy it?
Sorry im confused....

Im from Serbia, cant use that site, so you want to say that i need a 6gb sata 3?Can i just disconnect one from my CdRom? I dont use that shit anyways
